We will continuously update with new recipes and also with new pictures of the drinks as these are a bit "dated" but we hope they will be okay for now.
Gin Fizz is a popular gin drink that contains both acidity and sweetness. This drink is suitable for most occasions. We recommend using really good gin for this drink, why not Nyfjäll Destilleri - VÄSTKUSTGIN

30 ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
20 ml sugar syrup

A "simpler" version of Gin Fizz as you don't need to shake with egg whites, but with the same good acidity and sweetness. Here you will have another good gin from Nyfjäll Destilleri, namely OLD TOM. Which is a sweeter version of VÄSTKUSTGIN. Did you know that there "must" be an Old Tom in a Tom Collins? If you use another type of gin, such as a London Dry (or VÄSTKUSTGIN), the drink is called John Collins instead.

An adult drink with a bitter taste, a given appetizer. It is said that the drink was created by Count Camillo Negroni in the 20s when he got tired of the then trendy drink Americano (campari and sweet vermouth). He spiked it with gin and thus created a new classic. Nyfjäll Destilleri Navy Strength goes very well with this drink.
